职业学校教师企业实践何以困难重重?——基于对机械类专业教师的深度访谈  

Why Are Vocational School Teachers Facing Numerous Difficulties in Enterprise Practice?——In-depth Interviews with Teachers of Mechanical Major

摘  要:职业学校教师参与企业实践是提升自身专业能力、形成“双师型”素质的重要举措。为规范教师企业实践过程,国家出台了一系列专项政策文件。然而,在职业学校教师企业实践实际推行中仍存在重重困难导致难以有效落实。通过对江苏省职业学校15名机械类专业教师的深度访谈发现,当前职业学校教师企业实践困难重重的原因可以归结为三个方面:企业对教师参与企业实践缺乏积极态度,职业学校对教师企业实践缺乏足够保障,职业学校教师企业实践参与意愿不强。为破解上述困境,建议发挥政府统筹作用,完善教师企业实践的顶层设计;建立教师企业实践的常态化机制,提高校企双方的支持力度;激发教师企业实践内在动力,培育教师企业实践的主体意识。Teachers'engagement in enterprise practice is crucial for vocational schools to bolster their professional skills and achieve"double-qualified"status.To standardize the process of teacher enterprise practice,China has issued a series of special policy documents.However,compared to the policy expectations,there are still implementation difficulties in teacher enterprise practice.In-depth interviews with 15 teachers in mechanical major from vocational schools in Jiangsu Province revealed three primary reasons for the challenges in this engagement:enterprises'lack of enthusiasm for teacher practice,insuficient support from vocational schools,and teachers'limited interest in participating.To solve the above dilemmas,it is suggested to leverage the government's overall planning role and improve the toplevel design of teacher enterprise practice,establish a normalized mechanism for teacher enterprise practice and enhance the support from both schools and enterprises,inspire the intrinsic motivation of teacher enterprise practice and cultivate the subject consciousness of teacher enterprisepractice.
