摘  要:构建职业本科院校内部质量保证体系是高质量发展职业本科教育、完善职业教育体系、提升产教融合内涵和层次的需要。目前,职业本科院校内部保证体系存在缺失性、科学性、层次性等现实困境。鉴于此,通过进一步明确职教本科教育内涵特征,在创新思维的引导下,构建了“五链融通”职业本科院校内部质量保证体系。该体系通过厘清“四大目标”为引领的“目标链”、制定“三大标准”为主干的“标准链”、畅通“管评改”三大维度的“组织链”、规范“政校行企”四大层面的“制度链”、培育以“质量文化”为特色的“文化链”,以更好地适应本科层次职业教育办学和人才培养需要。Building an internal quality assurance system is necessary for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduates,the improvement of the vocational education system,the enhancement of the connotation and level of industry-education integration.At present,there are practical dificulties in the internal guarantee system of vocational undergraduates,such as deficiency,scientificity,and levels.Because of this,by further clarifying the connotation and characteristics of vocational undergraduate education,it is proposed to build a"five chain integration"internal quality assurance system under the guidance of innovative thinking.This system aims to better adapt to the needs of undergraduate vocational education and talent cultivation by clarifying the"target chain"led by the"four major goals"formulating the"standard chain"with the"three major standards"as the main task,unblocking the"organizational chain"of the three dimensions of"management,evaluation and improvement",standardizing the"institutional chain"of the four levels of"government,universities,industry and enterprises",and culivating a"cultural chain""featuring"quality culture"
