企业内部薪酬差距能否促进数实产业技术融合?——基于战略性新兴产业专利信息的研究

摘　　要：基于中国2009-2022年隶属于战略性新兴产业的微观企业(简称战略性新兴企业)数据,计算企业内部薪酬差距与数实产业技术融合程度,实证检验薪酬差距对数实产业技术融合的影响效应。研究发现,薪酬差距显著促进了数实产业技术融合,此结论在解决内生性偏误及系列稳健性检验后依旧成立。机制分析表明,薪酬差距通过缓解融资约束和拓展知识宽度促进数实产业技术融合。异质性分析显示,薪酬差距对数实产业技术融合的促进作用在数字政策关注度较低、数字基础设施建设更完善的地区以及大型企业、民营企业中表现得更加明显。以上结论为数实产业技术融合的多样化归因问题提供了一个新解释,为推进战略性新兴企业体系化建设与集群化发展提供了经验证据。Based on the data of micro companies belonging to strategic emerging industries(referred to as strategic emerging companies)in China from 2009 to 2022,the study calculates the internal pay gap and the technology convergence of digital and real economy industries,and empirically examines the effect of pay gap on technology convergence of digital and real economy industries.It is found that the pay gap significantly promotes the technology convergence of digital and real economy industries,and this conclusion still stands after solving the endogeneity bias and a series of robustness tests.Mechanistic analysis shows that the pay gap promotes technology convergence in the digital-real industries through alleviating financing constraints and expanding knowledge breadth.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of the pay gap on digital-real industrial technology convergence is more obvious in regions with less digital policy attention and better digital infrastructure development,as well as in large companies and private companies.The above findings provide a new explanation for the diverse attribution problem of digital-real industrial technology convergence,and provide empirical evidence for promoting the systematic construction and cluster development of strategic emerging companies.
