摘  要:在加快形成新质生产力的新背景下,职业教育双创育人培育具备创新思维和高精技术的复合型人才,对科技创新和产业变革具有重要意义。高职院校作为主体之一,针对多元协同双创育人中的现实堵点,探索构建系统化建设、多维协调融合、差异化评价的,以产教融合和社会服务为双螺旋驱动的多元协同双创育人融合发展框架,并通过高职院校人才培养方案协同修订、双创教育课程体系建设、协同创新项目载体和实践平台整合等具体实施举措,实现外部多元主体机制融合、内部各教育元素融合,推动复合型拔尖创新人才培养。In the context of accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces,vocational education's innovation and entrepreneurship education develops composite talents with innovative thinking and high-precision technology,which is of great significance for scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation.As one of the main bodies,higher vocational colleges are exploring the construction of a systematic construction,multi-dimensional coordination and integration,and differentiated evaluation framework for the integration of industry,education,and social services in the context of diversified collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through specific implementation measures such as collaborative revision of vocational college talent training programs,construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system,integration of collaborative innovation project carriers and practice platforms,the framework aims to achieve the integration of external multi-dimensional subject mechanisms,integration of internal educational elements,and promote the cultivation of composite top-notch innovative talents.
