全媒体视域下民办高职院校学生主流意识形态引导策略

摘　　要：意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作,高校承担着为党育人、为国育才的崇高使命,是党的意识形态工作的前沿阵地。民办高职院校是社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,意识形态工作关乎其办学方向、改革道路以及立德树人事业的成败。民办高职院校的学生认知水平普遍比较低,思维比较活跃,其世界观和价值观还不够清晰明朗,易受到各种网络思潮的影响。本文从讨论全媒体与高校主流意识形态传播的关联性入手,分析了全媒体时代民办高职院校学生主流意识形态面临的机遇和挑战,最终提出了民办高职院校学生意识形态宣传引导的策略。Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party.Colleges and universities undertake the lofty mission of educating people for the Party and for the country,and it is the front line of the Party's ideological work.Private higher vocational colleges are an important part of socialist education,and ideological work is related to the direction of running schools,reform road and the success or failure of the cause of moral education.Students in private higher vocational colleges generally have low cognitive level and active thinking.Their world outlook and values are not clear and clear enough,and they are easy to be influenced by various network trends of thought.Starting with the correlation between all-media and the mainstream ideology communication in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the mainstream ideology of students in private higher vocational colleges in the era of all-media,and finally puts forward the strategy of promoting and guiding the ideology of students in private higher vocational colleges.
