摘　　要：全球化不断推进的今天,高职商务英语教育的质量直接影响到学生的职业前景与国际竞争力。商务英语不仅要求学生掌握丰富的语言知识,更要求他们具备跨文化沟通、创新思维与批判能力等多方面的核心素养。本文评估了高职商务英语专业学生学科核心素养培养的现状,分析了其中存在的主要问题,并基于此提出了一系列培养策略,旨在提高教学效果与学生的实际操作能力。With the continuous advancement of globalization,the quality of higher vocational business English education directly affects the career prospects and international competitiveness of students.Business English not only requires students to master rich language knowledge,but also requires them to possess core competencies such as cross-cultural communication,innovative thinking and critical abilities.This paper evaluates the current situation of cultivating core competencies in the subject of business English majors in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the main existing problems,and proposes a series of training strategies based on that,aiming to improve teaching effectiveness and students’practical operational abilities.
