摘　　要：培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人是高校思政教育的重要任务。当前国际形势错综复杂,高校人才培养面临的问题和挑战更加严峻,推进思政课程与“课程思政”协同育人对提升高校思政教育实效性具有重要意义。针对高职院校课程思政和“思政课程”协同育人的现实困境,应明确协同育人的目标任务,重视顶层设计;开展社会主义核心价值观教育,培养栋梁之材;创新教学方法和手段,提高教学实效性;强化师资队伍建设,推动思政教师和专业教师的“双向奔赴”;理论和实践相结合,共建共享思政教育课程体系;加强思政教学多元融合,构建“大思政”新格局,形成育人合力。It is an important task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to train new-era talents who take on the great task of national rejuvenation.At present,the international situation is complicated,and the problems and challenges the talent training in colleges and universities is facing are more severe.It is of great significance to promote the collaboration between ideological and political course and“curriculum ideology and politics”to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In view of the practical dilemma of collaborative education between ideological and political course and“curriculum ideology and politics”in higher vocational colleges,we should clarify the goal and task of collaborative education and attach importance to top-level design;carry out the education of socialist core values and cultivate the talents of pillars;innovate teaching methods and means to improve teaching effectiveness;strengthen the construction of teachers and promote the“two-way rush”of ideological and political teachers and professional teachers;combine theory and practice to build and share ideological and political education curriculum system;strengthen the integration of ideological and political teaching,build a new pattern of“great ideology and politics”,and form a joint force for educating people.
