摘  要:在当前数字化、智能化、个性化转型升级的酒店业背景下,对于具备数字化思维、酒店管理知识及数据分析与处理能力的复合型人才的需求日益迫切。为了应对这一挑战并培养适应新时代需求的专业人才,课程教学改革显得尤为重要。本文深入分析了当前酒店市场营销课程教学中存在的问题,如教学模式的单一性、内容的滞后性以及学生参与度不高等。针对这些问题,本文提出了项目实践与理论教学相结合的创新教学理念,引入大数据分析、AI等数字技术相关的教学内容,并详细阐述了具体的课程教学改革策略。通过酒店市场营销课程的教学改革实验,为酒店管理与数字化运营专业的课程教学改革提供有益的参考,从而推动整个酒店业人才培养质量的提升。In the current digital,intelligent,personalized transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry,the demand for composite talents with digital thinking,hotel management knowledge and data analysis and processing capabilities is increasingly urgent.In order to cope with this challenge and cultivate professionals to meet the needs of the new era,the curriculum teaching reform is particularly important.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of the current hotel marketing course,such as the singularity of the teaching mode,the lagging of the content and the low degree of student participation.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the innovative teaching concept of combining project practice and theoretical teaching,introduces the teaching content related to big data analysis,AI and other digital technologies,and elaborates on the specific teaching reform strategy of the course.Through the teaching reform experiment of the hotel marketing course,it provides a useful reference for the curriculum teaching reform of hotel management and digital operation majors,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in the whole hotel industry.
