摘  要:职业教育承担着为行业和产业岗位培养多样化人才的重要使命,因此培养应用型、复合型、创新型职业教育现场工程师是响应时代发展之需和提升职业教育适应性的必然要求。在现场工程师这一特殊人才的培养方面职业院校和人才需求企业还没有形成良好培养机制,人才的培养与教学和科研之间相对独立和分割。科创融汇协同创新和产教融合协同育人培养现场工程师还处于起步阶段,职业院校部分专业教师的工程实践经验欠缺。Vocational education bears the important mission of cultivating diverse talents for industries and job positions.Therefore,cultivating applied,composite,and innovative vocational education field engineers is a necessary requirement to respond to the needs of the times and enhance the adaptability of vocational education.In terms of cultivating the special talent of on-site engineers,vocational colleges and talent demand enterprises have not yet formed a good training mechanism,and the cultivation of talents is relatively independent and separated from teaching and research.The integration of science and technology,collaborative innovation,and the integration of industry and education to cultivate on-site engineers is still in its infancy,and some professional teachers in vocational colleges lack engineering practice experience.
