创新视角下高职眼视光技术专业实训基地的管理路径

摘　　要：随着眼视光行业的快速发展,社会对眼视光技术人才的要求日益提高,培养高素质眼视光人才是高职院校和相关企业的核心目标之一。文章从创新管理的角度出发,探讨高职眼视光技术专业实训基地在教学提升、产业对接、人才培养和科研促进方面的价值,并针对当前存在的管理理念滞后、资源整合不足、师资力量薄弱及校企合作不深等问题,提出理念创新、资源整合、师资队伍建设和校企深度合作的管理路径,以促进高职眼视光技术专业实训基地高质量发展。With the booming of the optometry industry,the demand for optometry technical talents is increasing day by day.Thus,cultivating high-caliber talents is one of the core goals of vocational colleges and enterprises.In view of this,under the perspective of innovation management,this article explores the value of professional training bases of vocational optometry technology in teaching quality improvement,industry integration,talent cultivation and scientific research.In response to the current issues such as lagging management concepts,insufficient resource integration,weak teaching staff and inadequate school-enterprise cooperation,management paths are put forward in terms of concept innovation,resource integration,teaching staff construction and deepening school-enterprise cooperation,in an effort to boost the high-quality development of professional training bases.
