摘 要:目的:将知识隐藏量表(knowledge hiding scale,KHS)进行中文修订并检验其在青少年中的信效度。方法:采用中文版知识隐藏量表(KHS)、中国大五人格问卷精简版(CBF-PI-15)、人际不信任量表(IDS)、知识囤积问卷(KHQ)和知识共享行为量表(KSBS)对贵州省3所中学的456名在校生进行测量。结果:(1)经典测量理论和项目反应理论分析显示,中文版KHS各项目的区分度均大于0.50;(2)中文版KHS的三因素模型得到有效支持(CFI=0.948,TLI=0.933,SRMR=0.056,RMSEA=0.065)且满足跨性别和跨年级的测量不变性;(3)中文版KHS得分与人际不信任得分、知识囤积得分和神经质得分均存在显著正相关,与知识共享得分、宜人性得分呈显著负相关;(4)中文版KHS各维度得分的α系数、合成信度、概化系数和可靠性指数均大于0.70,全量表的各项指标均在0.80以上。结论:中文版知识隐藏量表在我国青少年群体中具有较好的测量学性能,可用于我国青少年知识隐藏行为的测评。Objective:To revise the Chinese version of the knowledge hiding scale(C-KHS)and examine the reliability and validity for C-KHS among Chinese adolescents.Methods:The Chinese version of the knowledge hiding scale(CKHS),the Chinese big five personality inventory-15(CBF-PI-15),the interpersonal distrust scale(IDS),the knowledge hoarding questionnaire(KHQ),and the knowledge sharing behavior scale(KSBS)were conducted to investigate 456 adolescents who were from three middle schools in Guizhou province.Results:(1)Based on the classical test theory and item response theory,the discrimination value for all items of the C-KHS was above 0.50.(2)Confirmatory factor analysis supported the original three-factor model(i.e.,playing dumb,evasive hiding,and rationalized hiding)of the C-KHS(e.g.,CFI=0.948,TLI=0.933,SRMR=0.056,RMSEA=0.065);The multi-group confirmatory factor analysis further suggested that the three-factor solution of the C-KHS had strong measurement invariance across genders(boys and girls)and grades(junior middle school students and senior high school students).(3)The C-KHS scores were significantly correlated with the criterion measurements.More specifically,the C-KHS total scores were significantly positively correlated with interpersonal distrust,knowledge hoarding,and neuroticism,while were significantly negatively correlated with knowledge sharing,and agreeableness.(4)Both the Cronbach's alpha coefficients,the composite reliabilities,the generalizability coefficients and the index of dependability for the C-KHS subscales scores were above O.70,as well as all the aforementioned values of the C-KHS total scores were above O.80.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the KHS is a reliable and valid tool for assessing knowledge hiding behavior among Chinese adolescents.
