建筑工人工作倦怠对不安全行为的影响:正念的调节作用

摘　　要：为充分探究建筑工人工作倦怠与不安全行为之间的影响效应,基于工作要求-资源模型和自我控制理论,引入安全态度为中介变量,正念为调节变量,构建有调节的中介影响模型,并运用SPSS24.0和PROCESS程序进行理论模型分析。结果表明:建筑工人工作倦总与不安全行为呈现显著正相关;安全态度在建筑工人工作倦怠与不安全行为之间发挥显著的中介作用;正念负向调节安全态度在工作倦怠与不安全行为之间的中介作用。研究结果深化了建筑工人不安全行为致因机理,拓展了工作倦怠在安全行为领域的研究,为缓解建筑工人工作倦怠以降低事故发生率提供了新的理论启示和指导。To fully explore the influence effect between construction workers'job burnout and unsafe behaviors,based on the job demands-resources model and self-control theory,we introduced safety attitude as a mediator variable and mindfulness as a moderating variable,constructed a moderated mediator influence model,and analyzed the theoretical model by using SPsS24.0 and PROCESS programs.The results showed that construction workers'job burnout and unsafe behavior showed a significant positive correlation;safety attitudes played a major mediating role between construction workers'job burnout and unsafe behavior;Mindfulness negatively moderates the mediating role of safety attitude between job burnout and unsafe behavior.The research results deepen the cause mechanism of unsafe behavior of construction workers,expand the research on job burnout in the field of safety behavior,and provide new theoretical enlightenment and guidance for alleviating job burnout of construction workers to reduce the incidenceofaccidents.
