摘　　要：随着我国城市化水平的提升,以共享促成宜居社区的设计策略正成为未来社区提升的可能方向。本文介绍了天津大学硕士研究生设计课程——“共享居住”的教学实践,从功能复合型共享住宅、代际共居型共享住宅、基于开放建筑论的共享住宅等不同专题展开探讨。在教学过程中,从理论梳理、案例研究、设计策略、方案设计等层面,指导学生对各专题相关内容进行学习与应用,完成以共享居住为主题的课程方案设计。通过对住宅设计教学进行更新和完善,满足了未来住宅建筑发展中的设计需求;引导学生在复杂城市和社会需求的背景下对“共居”新模式进行理解和思考,实现其研究和设计能力的多维提升,并为未来的建筑住宅设计教学提供参考。With the improvement of China’s urbanization level,the design strategy of fostering livable communities through sharing is emerging as a potential direction for the enhancement of future communities.This paper,combined with the practice of the master’s degree design course“Shared Living”at Tianjin University,explores three topics:functional complex shared housing,intergenerational shared housing,and shared housing based on the theory of open architecture.During the teaching process,from the aspects of theoretical sorting,case studies,design strategies,and scheme design,the course guides students to understand the relevant contents and apply them in the course scheme design.By updating and perfecting residential design teaching,it meets the design needs in the development of future residential buildings;it guides students to understand and think about the new model of“co-living”against the backdrop of complex urban and social needs,achieving a multidimensional enhancement of their research and design abilities,and providing a reference for future residential building design teaching.
