农业院校参与农村社区教育实践的逻辑、模式与优化路径  

Practical Logic,Typical Model and Optimization Path of Higher Agricultural Institutions Engaging in Rural Community Education

摘  要:在乡村振兴战略背景下,高等农业院校的目标导向和实践理路与农村社区教育高度一致,且具备“嵌入式”资源优势。高等农业院校通过培养公费农科生、创建科技小院和设立乡村振兴研究院等方式参与农村社区教育,形成具有农科特色的典型模式。针对国家乡村振兴与基层社会治理中存在的实际问题,高等农业院校应坚持以教育强农为根本,构建乡村人才培养长效机制;以科技富农为重点,促进乡村经济稳定增产增收;以治理兴农为核心,提升乡村共建共治共享水平。Under the background of the national rural revitalization strategy,higher agricultural institu⁃tions and rural community education converge in the goal orientation and practical approach,and higher agricul⁃tural institutions can form“embedded”resource advantages.Higher agricultural Institutions participate in rural community education by cultivating public-funded agricultural students,establishing small scientific and techno⁃logical institutes,and establishing rural revitalization research institutes,forming a typical model with agricul⁃tural characteristics.Combining the actual problems of national rural revitalization and grassroots social gover⁃nance,higher agricultural institutions should adhere to the fundamental principle of strengthening agriculture through education and build a long-term mechanism for the cultivation of rural talents;adhere to the enriching farmers through science and technology as the focus,promoting stable production and income increase in the ru⁃ral economy;adhere to take governance and promoting agriculture as the core,and improve the level of rural joint construction,governance,and sharing.
