摘  要:本文基于当前林业碳汇开发中存在的问题,阐述了研究开发林业碳汇技术的重要性和必要性,并提出研究开发林业增汇减排技术的思路、目的和方法。通过分析天然次生林的现状和总结森林经营方法中的经验,以中德合作林业可持续项目实施成果和监测数据为依据,系统提出了天然次生林增汇减排森林经营技术和该技术的主要指标体系,从而为实施天然次生林森林经营碳汇项目提供决策参考,为项目规划设计、计量监测等提供科学依据。In this paper,based on the existing problems in the development of forestry carbon sinks,an elaboration was made on the importance and necessity of studying and developing forestry carbon sink techniques,with ideas,objectives and methods of studying and developing forestry carbon sink increment and emission reduction techniques were put forward.By analyzing the actualities of natural secondary forest and summarizing the experience gained in forest management methods,the forest management techniques for natural secondary forest carbon sink increment and emission reduction and its main index system were put forward systematically based on the implementation results and monitoring data of the Sino-German cooperative forestry sustainable project,so as to provide decision-making reference for the implementation of natural secondary forest management carbon sink projects,and provide scientific basis for project planning,design,measurement and monitoring.
