高职大学生创业意向现状、影响因素及提升路径

摘　　要：我国高职大学生在就业方面面临的问题比较多,鼓励大学生自主创业,不仅可以帮助其解决就业上的问题,也能为社会提供更多工作岗位,带动当地经济更好发展。本文就以高职大学生创业意向为探究重点,阐述高职大学生创业意向现状,提出影响高职大学生创业意向的相关因素,并从顶层设计、加强教育、组织活动等多个方面,提出提升高职大学生创业意向的相关路径。There are many problems faced by vocational college students in China in terms of employment.Encouraging college students to start their own businesses can not only help them solve employment problems,but also provide more job opportunities for society and drive better local economic development.This article focuses on exploring the entrepreneurial intention of vocational college students,elaborating on the current situation of entrepreneurial intention among vocational college students,proposing relevant factors that affect entrepreneurial intention among vocational college students,and proposing relevant paths to enhance entrepreneurial intention among vocational college students from multiple aspects such as top-level design,strengthening education,and organizing activities.
