摘 要:目的:探究7E教学模式对护生临床见习的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩以及总成绩的影响,为探究科学合理的护生临床见习教学模式提供参考依据。方法:选取2024年1月至6月在某三甲医院进行临床见习的202名护生为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为对照组和实验组,每组各101例。对照组接受传统见习教学模式干预,实验组接受7E教学模式干预。在见习结束后的一周,考察两组护生的护理理论知识成绩、临床操作技能成绩以及总成绩,并做统计学分析。结果:干预前两组护生的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩和总成绩经统计学分析后并无明显的不同,基线一致性良好(p>0.05);对照组护生经传统教学模式指导后,理论知识成绩(53.31±8.64)分,操作技能成绩(19.28±1.22)分,总成绩(83.26±6.90)分;实验组护生经7E教学模式指导后,理论知识成绩(58.92±3.65)分,操作技能成绩(120.57±1.22)分,总成绩(89.18±3.28)分,两组护生的各项成绩比较均有明显的不同(p<0.05)。结论:在护生临床见习教学中引入7E教学模式能有效提高护生的理论知识掌握水平和临床实践操作能力,这对于促进护生的良性发展有着积极的作用。Objective:To explore the impact of the 7E teaching model on the theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and overall grades of nursing students'clinical internships,and to provide reference for exploring a scientific and reasonable teaching model for nursing students'clinical internships.Method:202 nursing students who underwent clinical internships at a tertiary hospital from January to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table,with 101 cases in each group.The control group received traditional internship teaching mode intervention,while the experimental group received 7E teaching mode intervention.After the end of the internship,two groups of nursing students will be evaluated for their nursing theory knowledge scores,clinical operation skills scores,and overall scores,and statistical analysis will be conducted.Result:There was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge scores,operational skills scores,and overall scores between the two groups of nursing students before intervention after statistical analysis,and the baseline consistency was good(p>0.05);After being guided by traditional teaching methods,the theoretical knowledge score of the control group of nursing students was(53.31±8.64)points,the operational skills score was(19.28±1.22)points,and the total score was(83.26±6.90)points;After being guided by the 7E teaching mode,the theoretical knowledge score of the experimental group of nursing students was(58.92±3.65)points,the operational skills score was(120.57±1.22)points,and the total score was(89.18±3.28)points.There were significant differences in various scores between the two groups of nursing students(p<0.05).Conclusion:Introducing the 7E teaching mode in clinical internship teaching for nursing students can effectively improve their theoretical knowledge mastery and clinical practice skills,which has a positive effect on promoting their healthy development.
