摘 要:目的:探究PBL联合CBL教学法在烧伤科护生教学查房中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年3月至2024年6月在某三甲医院烧伤科进行临床实习的78名护生为研究对象。按照随机数字表分为对照组和实验组,各39例。对照组接受传统教学查房,实验组接受PBL联合CBL模式的教学查房。结果:对照组和实验组理论考核成绩分别为(94.70±5.99)分和(98.50±6.01)分,二者有明显的不同;对照组和实验组操作技能考核成绩分别为(85.73±1.32)分和(89.50±1.76)分,二者有明显的不同;出科前实验组各个维度得分以及量表总分都要明显高于对照组,并且有明显的不同。结论:在烧伤科护生教学查房中运用PBL教学法联合CBL教学法有助于提高护生理论知识和护理操作技能掌握水平,同时还可进一步促进护生学习能力的发展。Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in ward rounds for burn care nursing students.Method:78 nursing students who underwent clinical internships in the burn department of a tertiary hospital from March 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Divided into a control group and an experimental group according to a random number table,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received traditional teaching rounds,while the experimental group received PBL combined with CBL teaching rounds.Result:The theoretical assessment scores of the control group and the experimental group were(94.70±5.99)points and(98.50±6.01)points,respectively,with significant differences between the two;The operational skills assessment scores of the control group and the experimental group were(85.73±1.32)points and(89.50±1.76)points,respectively,with significant differences between the two;The scores of each dimension and the total score of the scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group before graduation,and there were significant differences.Conclusion:The use of PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method in burn care teaching rounds can help improve the theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills of nursing students,and further promote the development of their learning ability.
