摘　　要：高校综合评价招生旨在通过多元评价,选拔出综合素质高、创新能力强的优秀人才,对于建立中国特色现代教育考试招生制度,建设更高水平的人才培养体系与评价体系具有鲜明的时代价值和积极意义,蕴含着促进个体全面发展、引导素质教育深入推进、助力高校科学选才和为国造就高素质人才、支撑高质量发展的价值基础。但在实践中,综合评价招生面临着诸多困境:功能定位不准,实施目标不清晰;各方主体利益博弈,功利化倾向明显;办学自主权难彰显,招生标准趋同化。新时代推进高校综合评价招生,必须强化顶层设计,构建统一评价体系;借力人工智能,赋能招生精准有效;提升高校自主招生能力,增强招生有效衔接;加强监管体系建设,提升综合评价招生公信力。Comprehensive evaluation enrollment in colleges and universities aims to select outstanding talents with high comprehensive qualities and strong innovation abilities through multi-dimensional evaluations.It has distinct contemporary value and positive significance for establishing a modern educational examination and enrollment system with Chinese characteristics,and building a higher-level talent cultivation and evaluation system.It embodies the value foundation of promoting the all-around development of individuals,guiding the in-depth advancement of quality-oriented education,assisting colleges and universities in scientifically selecting talents,cultivating high-quality talents for the country,and supporting high-quality development.However,in practice,comprehensive evaluation enrollment faces numerous dilemmas.There are problems such as inaccurate functional positioning and unclear implementation goals,obvious utilitarian tendencies due to the interest-gaming among various stakeholders,difficulties in demonstrating the autonomy of running schools,and the homogenization of enrollment standards.To promote comprehensive evaluation enrollment in colleges and universities in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design and construct a unified evaluation system,leverage artificial intelligence to empower accurate and effective enrollment,enhance the independent enrollment capabilities of colleges and universities and strengthen the effective connection of enrollment,and strengthen the construction of the supervision system to enhance the credibility of comprehensive evaluation enrollment.
