摘 要:随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,采用现行《高速铁路设计规范》的矢距差法评价大跨度桥梁轨道高低长波不平顺已无法满足轨道技术发展的需求,本文针对郑万高铁巫山大宁河大桥282 m中承式钢筋混凝土拱桥,分别采用300 m基线矢距差法和60 m弦中点弦测法分析轨道高低长波不平顺,同时进行风-车-桥动力仿真分析以验证采用60 m弦中点弦测法的合理性。研究结果表明:大宁河大桥理论线形、实测线形的300 m基线长高低不平顺均超出规范10 mm限值,60 m弦中点弦测法高低不平顺满足7 mm限值要求;将60 m弦变形值扩大为7 mm后进行的风-车-桥动力仿真分析表明,扩大后的桥面线形仍满足旅客舒适性要求,验证了按60 m弦中点弦测法控制的轨道高低不平顺是可行的;研究结论可为大跨度桥梁无砟轨道高低长波平顺性验收和后期运营管理提供借鉴。With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,the long-wave unevenness of long-span bridge tracks can not be adapted to the needs of track technology development by using the current standard"Design Code for High-speed Railways"sagittal difference method,and this paper analyzes the unevenness of track height and low waves by using the 300 m baseline sagittal difference method and the 60 m string midpoint string measurement method for the 282 m medium-bearing reinforced concrete arch bridge of Wushan Daninghe Bridge of Zhengwan High-speed Railway,and conducts dynamic simulation analysis to verify the rationality of using the 60 m string midpoint string measurement method.The findings of the study are:The 300 m baseline length and unevenness of the theoretical and measured linear shapes of the Daning River Bridge exceeded the 10 mm limit,and the 60 m string midpoint string measurement method met the 7 mm limit requirements;The simulation analysis of wind-car-axle dynamics after expanding the 60 m chord deformation value to 7 mm shows that the enlarged bridge deck line shape still meets the requirements of passenger comfort,and it verifies that it is feasible to control the unevenness of track height according to the 60 m chord midpoint string measurement method.The research conclusion can provide reference for the acceptance and management of high-low long-wave smoothness of ballastless track of long-span bridges.
