摘 要:文章分析了盾构隧道施工中管片的变形和加固技术。实验表明,过高或过低的注浆压力都会导致管片发生不同程度的位移和损坏。当注浆压力为0.3 MPa时,管片各部位的位移最小,被认为是最佳的注浆压力。此外,掘进速度也是影响管片变形的重要因素。在低速掘进时,适当提高速度可以减少变形;然而,如果速度过快,则会导致土体扰动加剧,土压力变化不均,从而增加管片位移和变形的风险。相反,如果掘进速度过慢,则会引起土体应力松弛,影响注浆效果。因此,选择一个适中的掘进速度对于稳定土压力和减小变形至关重要。This paper analyzes the deformation and reinforcement technology of segments in shield tunnel construction.Experiments have shown that either too high or too low grouting pressure will lead to varying degrees of displacement and damage of the segments.When the grouting pressure is 0.3 MPa,the displacement of each part of the segment is the smallest,which is considered to be the best grouting pressure.In addition,the advance rate is also an important factor affecting the segment deformation.In low-speed tunneling,increasing the speed appropriately can reduce the deformation;However,if the speed is too fast,it will lead to increased soil disturbance and uneven change in earth pressure,which will increase the risk of segment displacement and deformation.On the contrary,if the excavation speed is too slow,it will cause soil stress relaxation and affect the grouting effect.Therefore,choosing a moderate advance rate is essential to stabilize the earth pressure and minimize deformation.
