摘 要:家校社协同育人背景下,学校和幼儿园充分发挥主导作用,把家庭教育指导服务作为重要职责,切实加强教师家庭教育指导能力建设,不仅有助于强化家长的家庭教育主体责任,还有助于提升机构教育质量。近年来,幼儿园在家园共育已有经验基础上逐渐丰富家庭教育指导服务的意识和内涵,但在理念、形式、内容、成效和教师专业发展方面仍然存在诸多问题与挑战。美国高瞻课程注重营造包容的文化氛围,尊重家庭,鼓励家庭参与,与家长建立积极的伙伴关系,其中“家长参与和家庭服务”无论是在具体的实践层面还是在评价方案的设计上,都具有前瞻性、专业性和实用性。结合当前我国有关政策与实践需求,高瞻课程为我国幼儿园的家庭教育指导服务提供了如下启示:树立人本理念,强化家庭教育指导服务意识;联结幼儿园与家庭,深化家庭教育指导服务内容;建构家园共育评价指标体系,为家庭教育指导服务提供实践指南;提供有效支持,保障教师家庭教育指导服务能力建设。In order to improve the mechanism of family,school and community cooperation,schools and kindergartens need to give full play to the leading role,take family education guidance services as an important responsibility,and effectively strengthen the capacity building of teachers'family education guidance,which not only helps to strengthen the main responsibility of parents'family education,but also helps to improve the quality of institutional education.In recent years,kindergartens have gradually enriched the consciousness and connotation of family education guidance service on the basis of the existing experience of home co-education,but there are still many problems and challenges in the concept,form,content,effect and professional development of teachers.The HighScope Curriculum attaches great importance to family participation,respects the family,creates an inclusive cultural atmosphere,and establishes a positive partnership with parents."Parent Participation and Family Service"is forward-looking,professional and practical both in the specific practice level and in the design of evaluation programs.Combined with the current policy and practice needs of China,it can provide the following enlightenment for the family education guidance service of our kindergarten:to establish the concept of humanism,strengthen the awareness of family education guidance service;to connect the kindergarten and the family,deepen the family education guidance service content;to construct the evaluation index system"Homeland Co-education",and provide operational guidelines for family education guidance service;and to provide effective support to ensure the capacity building of teachers'family education guidance service.
