摘　　要：人工智能作为引领第四次工业革命的核心力量,其迅猛发展特别是如Chat GPT等标志性应用的涌现,预示着一个全新智能时代的降临。高校基础学科人才培养模式由于技术革新、现实需求以及自身的知识追求,必须进行变革。通过分析人工智能技术对高等教育带来的深远影响,从培养理念、培养环境、培养角色及培养模式四个方面阐述了变革的具体表现,包括由“专才”转向“通识+专业”、由“固定”转向“灵活”、由教师“传递者”转向“培育者”、由“教师主导”转向“学生中心”。在人工智能时代,基础学科人才培养需紧跟时代步伐,实现智能化、个性化及网络化发展,包括更新理念目标、调整课程体系、优化资源配置及完善评价体系,以培养出适应未来社会需求的高素质人才。This necessitates a transformation in the talent cultivation model for basic disciplines in universities,driven by technological innovation,practical demands,and the intrinsic pursuit of knowledge.This article examines the profound impact of AI on higher education and explores the shifts in talent cultivation across four dimensions:educational philosophy,environment,roles,and methods.These shifts include transitioning from"specialized"to"general education+professional"approaches,from"fixed"to"flexible"structures,from teachers as"transmitters"to"cultivators,"and from"teacher-led"to"student-centered"models.In the AI era,talent cultivation in basic disciplines must align with the times,embracing intelligent,personalized,and networked development.This involves updating conceptual goals,revising curriculum systems,optimizing resource allocation,and enhancing evaluation mechanisms to cultivate high-quality talents capable of meeting the demands of future society.
