摘  要:在现代教育改革的背景下,提升物理师范生的科学素养和教学能力对培养高素质教师具有深远意义。通过深入探讨物理学科科学素养的核心要素,并结合地方应用型高校的实际需求,构建了基于“双师”协同的物理师范生科学素养培养模式。该模式有效的整合了高校教师与本地中学一线教师的实践经验,依托协同育人机制和系统化的培养路径,旨在全面提升物理师范生的科学素养与教学技能。利用高校和中学的资源优势,建立一个科学且可操作的培养体系,为物理师范生的科学素养和教学能力的长期发展奠定了坚实的基础。In the context of modern educational reform,enhancing the scientific literacy and teaching competence is crucial for cultivating their high-quality physics pre-service teachers.By delving into the core elements of scientific literacy in physics and combining them with the actual needs of local applied universities,a"dual teacher"collaborative model for cultivating scientific literacy among physics pre-service teachers has been constructed.This model effectively integrates the practical experience of frontline teachers in universities and local middle schools,relying on collaborative education mechanisms and systematic training paths,aiming to comprehensively enhance their scientific literacy and teaching skills.By utilizing the resource advantages of universities and middle schools,a scientific and operable training system has been established,laying a solid foundation for a long-term development of their scientific literacy and teaching ability.
