摘　　要：目的分析赣南医科大学麻醉学专业本科毕业生就业前景变化趋势,为解决麻醉学专业本科毕业生就业问题及人才培养方案设置提供可靠依据。方法分析赣南医科大学2011—2023届麻醉学专业本科毕业生就业情况,了解麻醉学专业毕业生就业前景变化趋势。结果2011—2023届共有毕业生1363人,整体就业率为1220人(89.5%),就业率呈降低趋势;麻醉学专业本科毕业生考研成功率呈升高趋势,从2011届的11.6%升至2023届的35.7%;医院就业率呈降低趋势,从2011届的71.6%降至2023届的40.8%;其他行业就业率整体呈降低趋势,待业率从2011届的6.3%升高至2023届的19.4%,呈升高趋势。结论赣南医科大学麻醉学专业本科毕业生整体就业率较高,但处于降低趋势,考研成功率升高,直接进入医院工作率降低,待业率增加,学校尚需进一步调整人才培养方案,以适应社会需求。Objective To analyze the changing trend of employment prospects for undergraduates majoring in Anesthesiology at Gannan Medical University,and to provide reliable basis for solving the employment problems of undergraduates majoring in Anesthesiology and setting talent training programs.Methods The employment situation of undergraduates majoring in Anesthesiology from 2011 to 2023 in Gannan Medical University was analyzed to understand the changing trend of employment prospects of undergraduates majoring in Anesthesiology.Results From the class of 2011 to 2023,there were a total of 1363 graduates,with an overall employment rate of 1220 individuals(89.5%).The employment rate has shown a declining trend.The success rate of undergraduates in the anesthesiology major pursuing further studies has been increasing,rising from 11.6%for the class of 2011 to 35.7%for the class of 2023.The employment rate in hospitals has been decreasing,dropping from 71.6%for the class of 2011 to 40.8%for the class of 2023.The employment rate in other industries has generally been on a downward trend,while the unemployment rate has increased from 6.3%for the class of 2011 to 19.4%for the class of 2023,showing an upward trend.Conclusion The overall employment rate of undergraduates majoring in Anesthesiology at Gannan Medical University is relatively high,but it is in a decreasing trend,the success rate of postgraduate entrance examination is increasing,the rate of directly entering the hospital is decreasing,and the unemployment rate is increasing.The school still needs to further adjust the talent training program to meet the social needs.
