摘 要:在教练员职业发展阶段,学校赋予教练员新的职业机遇与时代诉求。基于布迪厄的场域理论,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,从社会实践的角度,阐述资本竞争、双重场域、行为惯习三个基本要素为学校教练员职业发展提供实践的空间、动力以及条件。当前我国学校体育存在场域融合不足、资本竞争不公平,以及“惯习”停滞等问题,阻碍着学校教练员职业发展。基于建设学校教练员岗位的需求,从布迪厄实践理论视角推进学校教练员职业发展,其策略是构建“学校-社会”实践活动的场域共同体,促进学校教练员职业发展的资本流通,以协同发展机制提升政策实施效果,最终创建学校教练员职业发展的生态环境。During the development stage of coaches’career,schools give coaches new career opportunities and demands of the times.Based on Bourdieu’s field theory and utilizing methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper discusses how the three fundamental elements which are capital competition,dual fields,and habitus provide the practical space,motivation,and conditions for the professional development of school coaches from the perspective of social practice.Currently,lots of issues exist in Chinese school sports,such as insufficient integration of fields,unfair capital competition,and stagnation of habitus,which hinder the professional development of school coaches.In response to the need for establishing coaching positions in schools,this study promotes the professional development of school coaches from the perspective of Bourdieu's practice theory.The strategy is to construct a field community of"school-society"practical activities,facilitate the flow of capital for the professional development of school coaches,enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation through a collaborative development mechanism,and ultimately create an ecological environment for the professional development of school coaches.
