摘 要:体育与健康课程作为学校促进体育与健康融合的桥梁,秉持“健康第一”的教育理念,衔接着健康教育手段和健康知识,不仅能促进健康教育有效融入体育课程,也是提升学生健康意识、健康行为、健康习惯的重要手段。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法厘清新课标下体育课程深化健康教育的价值意蕴:体育课程与健康教育融合,培养学生健康观念;构建健康教育内容,规范学生健康行为;发展学生学科核心素养,塑造学生良好习惯。存在所占课程比重难以定位,实施过程课时分配不足;目标概念界定范畴失准,资源与课程安排受限;健康教育内容对接不畅,健康教育课程设置失衡;评价体系完备性不足,多元评估模式有待提升等现实困囿。基于此,新课标下体育课程深化健康教育发展路径为加强课程设置汇聚多方位资源,落实课程课时新需求;明晰健康教育课程安排依据,夯实健康教育条件保障;完善体育健康一体化教学内容,助推体育健康相衔接;纳入系统化健康教育评价体系,强化课程评估与反馈。As a bridge for schools to promote the integration of physical education and health,the physical education and health courses adhere to the educational concept of“health first”connect health education methods and health knowledge which can not only promote the effective integration of health education into the physical education curriculum,but also an important means to enhance students’health awareness,healthy behaviors and healthy habits.By employing literature review and logical analysis methods,this study clarify the value implications of deepening health education within physical education courses under the new curriculum standards:the integration of physical education and health education cultivates students'health concepts;the construction of health education content standardizes students'health behaviors;and the development of students'core literacy shapes their good habits.However,there are practical challenges such as difficulties in locating the course proportion,insufficient allocation of class time in the implementation process;inaccurate definition of target concepts,and limited resources and course arrangements;poor connection of health education content,and imbalance in the setting of health education courses;and insufficiency in the completeness of the evaluation system,with a need for improvement in diverse assessment models.Based on this,the development path for deepening health education in physical education courses under the new curriculum standards includes strengthening course settings and gathering multifaceted resources to meet new demands for class time;clarifying the basis for health education course arrangements and solidifying the conditions for health education;improving the integration of physical education and health teaching content to promote the connection between physical education and health;and incorporating a systematic health education evaluation system to enhance course assessment and feedback.
