倾斜盾构隧道掌子面稳定性研究综述

摘  要:隧道倾角是盾构隧道施工的重要参数,改变隧道倾角直接影响开挖面极限支护力与开挖面失稳区域。为研究隧道倾角对开挖面稳定性的影响,文中综合国内外关于倾斜盾构隧道掌子面稳定性的分析结果,分别从模型试验法、数值模拟法以及理论分析法对倾斜隧道针对不同工况下的开挖面极限支护力与开挖面失稳特性进行总结。研究结果表明,仰坡工况(θ=10°)中开挖面极限支护力约为水平掘进工况下的1.7倍;随着隧道倾角的增大,开挖面极限支护力与开挖面失稳角大致呈线性变化关系,仰坡掘进工况下开挖面归一化极限支护力变化曲线斜率约为0.0048(θ>0°);θ=-15°下对应的归一化开挖面极限支护力范围在0.032~0.040内,θ=15°下对应的归一化开挖面极限支护力范围在0.145~0.165内。此研究结果可为倾斜盾构隧道施工提供工程应用参考。The tunnel inclination is a critical parameter in shield tunnel construction,as changes in the inclination directly affect the ultimate support force at the excavation face and the instability region of the excavation face.To investigate the influence of tunnel inclination on the stability of the excavation face,this paper synthesizes analytical results from domestic and international studies on the stability of the excavation face in inclined shield tunnels.The study summarizes the ultimate support force and instability characteristics of the excavation face under different working conditions using model testing,numerical simulation,and theoretical analysis.The research findings indicate that,for the uphill condition(θ=10°),the ultimate support force at the excavation face is approximately 1.7 times that under horizontal excavation conditions.As the tunnel inclination increases,the ultimate support force and the instability angle of the excavation face exhibit an approximately linear relationship.For uphill excavation conditions,the slope of the normalized ultimate support force variation curve is approximately 0.0048(θ>0°).Under a tunnel inclination ofθ=-15°,the range of normalized ultimate support force at the excavation face is 0.032~0.040,while forθ=15°,the range is 0.145~0.165.These findings may provide an engineering reference for the construction of inclined shield tunnels.
