摘　　要：数字技术在社会各领域的应用日益广泛,为意识形态的传播与表达开辟了新的空间与渠道,也使主流意识形态话语权的提升面临着崭新的机遇与挑战。当前,网络已是意识形态斗争的最前沿,以数字技术赋能主动提升意识形态话语权是数字化信息背景下我国意识形态领域斗争的关键。为此,需要遵循坚持党的全面领导、坚持马克思主义的指导地位、坚持以社会主义核心价值观凝心聚力为原则,综合考量技术、文化、社会等多方面因素,从主流舆论传播格局、数字内容的生产与传播、技术治网的能力与水平以及对外传播话语等方面探索数字技术赋能意识形态话语权提升的实践进路,不断提升意识形态话语的传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力,在数字化浪潮中牢牢把握意识形态话语权,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,凝聚起以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的磅礴力量。The increasingly wide application of digital technology in various fields of society has opened up new space and channels for the dissemination and expression of ideology,and has also brought new opportunities and challenges for the enhancement of the discourse power of mainstream ideology.Promoting the empowerment of digital technology to proactively enhance the right to ideological discourse has become an important path and a key choice for the construction of socialist ideology in the new era.At present,the network is the forefront of the current ideological struggle,and it is the most important path to enhance ideological discourse by digital technology empowerment.The enhancement of ideological discourse is the key to the struggle in the field of ideology in China under the background of digital information.To this end,it is necessary to follow the principles of adhering to the overall leadership of the Party,adhering to the guiding position of Marxism,and adhering to the socialist core values as the unifying force,and to comprehensively consider various factors such as technology,culture and society,and to explore the practice of enhancing the ideological discourse empowered by digital technology in terms of the communication pattern of the mainstream public opinion,the production and dissemination of digital content,the ability and level of technological governance of the network,and the discourse of external communication,so as to continuously improve the ideological discourse.We will explore the practice of enhancing ideological discourse empowered by digital technology from the aspects of mainstream public opinion communication pattern,production and dissemination of digital content,ability and level of technological governance of the Internet and external communication discourse,and continuously improve the communication power,guidance,credibility and influence of ideological discourse,firmly grasp the right to ideological discourse in the wave of digitization,and build a socialist ideology with strong
