摘　　要：在当今快速发展的社会中,人才的培养方式越来越多样化,特别是在高等教育领域,个性化培养逐渐受到广泛关注。立足于应用型高校与综合、师范等类型高校在学生个性化培养方面的差异,深入分析个性化培养过程中遇到的问题,并从学科特点、教学方式、生涯规划三个维度入手,详细探究应用型高校学生个性化培养具体路径,确保高等教育能够更好地适应社会发展的需要,培养更加符合时代要求的优秀人才。In today’s rapidly developing society,the ways of talent cultivation are becoming increasingly diverse,especially in the field of higher education,where personalized training is gradually receiving widespread attention.This study is based on the differences between application-oriented universities and comprehensive,teacher training and other types of universities in terms of personalized student training.It deeply analyzes the problems encountered in the personalized training process from three dimensions:subject characteristics,teaching methods,and career planning.It explores in detail the specific path of personalized training for application-oriented university students,ensuring that higher education can better adapt to the needs of social development and cultivate outstanding talents that are more in line with the requirements of the times.
