摘 要:随着人们对食品安全的日益关注,农产品质量安全追溯体系建设显得尤为重要。本文分析了我国农产品质量安全追溯体系在追溯标准不统一、全产业链追溯建设不健全、追溯主体参与积极性不足和追溯监管制度与能力不足方面存在的问题,并针对性地提出了完善农产品质量安全追溯标准体系、健全全产业链追溯体系建设、提高追溯主体参与积极性和强化追溯监管制度与能力建设的优化对策,以期推动农产品质量安全追溯体系的健康发展。With the growing public concern about food safety,the construction of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system has become increasingly important.This article analyzes the problems existing in China’s agricultural product quality and safety traceability system in terms of inconsistent traceability standards,incomplete traceability construction throughout the entire industry chain,insufficient participation of traceability subjects,and inadequate traceability supervision system and capacity.Targeted optimization measures are proposed to improve the agricultural product quality and safety traceability standard system,improve the construction of the entire industry chain traceability system,enhance the participation of traceability subjects,and strengthen the traceability supervision system and capacity construction,aiming to promote the healthy development of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system.
