摘 要:食品安全作为关乎国计民生的重要议题,其管理方式的创新与发展显得尤为重要。随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品安全的关注度也日益增强。然而,食品从生产、加工到消费,涉及众多环节,每一环节都可能存在食品安全隐患,而传统的食品安全管理方式往往难以应对日益复杂的食品安全问题。基于此,本文从大数据在食品安全管理中的应用现状入手,探索大数据时代食品安全管理过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的食品安全管理策略,旨在达成政府监管、企业履责、社会共治的食品安全治理新格局,确保食品质量安全。As an important issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,the innovation and development of food safety management methods is particularly important.With the continuous improvement of living standards,people’s attention to food safety is also increasing.However,food involves many links from production,processing to consumption,and each link may have potential food safety hazards,and traditional food safety management methods are often difficult to cope with increasingly complex food safety problems.Based on this,this paper starts from the application status of big data in food safety management,explores the problems existing in the process of food safety management in the era of big data,and proposes corresponding food safety management strategies,aiming to achieve a new pattern of food safety governance of government supervision,enterprise responsibility,and social co-governance,and ensure food quality and safety.
