摘 要:目的:建立红辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经正己烷提取,经固相萃取柱净化,采用丙酮转移定容后经反相高效液相色谱仪检测。结果:苏丹红染料Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ在0.10~5.00μg·mL^(-1)线性良好(R≥0.9995),检出限分别为0.355、0.275、0.365、0.305 mg·kg^(-1);加标回收率为68.8%~92.1%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.8%。结论:该方法准确度和精密度高,检出限低,适用于测定红辣椒粉的苏丹红染料。Objective:To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of Sudan dyesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣin red pepper powder.Method:The sample was extracted with n-hexane,cleaned up by solid phase extraction column,and determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography after acetone transfer and volume determination.Result:Sudan dyesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣhad good linearity in the range of 0.10~5.00μg·mL^(-1)(R≥0.9995),and the detection limits were 0.355,0.275,0.365,and 0.305 mg·kg^(-1),respectively;the spiked recoveries were 68.8%~92.1%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.6%~3.8%.Conclusion:This method has high accuracy and precision,low detection limit,and is suitable for the determination of Sudan dyes in red pepper powder.
