贮存时间对九龙藤蜂蜜水分含量的影响研究

摘　　要：以不同贮存时间下的广西九龙藤蜂蜜为研究对象,采用折光率法对其水分含量进行测定。结果表明,35批九龙藤蜂蜜样品在贮存时间<1年的水分含量为17.2%~22.9%,贮存时间在1~<2年的水分含量在18.8%~23.5%,贮存时间在2~<3年的水分含量在18.8%~24.0%,其水分含量均符合规定;贮存时间越长,对九龙藤蜂蜜水分含量的影响越大。本研究首次报道了贮存时间对广西九龙藤蜂蜜水分含量的影响,为其市场开发提供了理论依据。The water content of Guangxi Jiulongteng honey under different storage times was determined by refractive index method.The results showed that the moisture content of 35 Jiulongteng honey samples was 17.2%~22.9%when stored fou less than 1 year,18.8%~23.5%for 1~<2 years,and 18.8%~24.0%for 2~<3 years.The longer the storage time,the greater the effect on the moisture content of the honey.This study reported for the first time the effect of storage time on the moisture content of Guangxi Jiulongteng honey,which provided a theoretical basis for its market development.
