摘　　要：本文深入探讨了管理评审在食品检测实验室质量管理体系中的重要性及其存在的问题,并提出有效的优化策略。研究发现,管理评审在实施过程中存在管理层理解不全面、评审人员能力不足、管理评审策划不周密、实验室内部沟通不畅以及评审结果执行不到位等问题,这些问题严重影响了实验室质量管理体系的有效运行。为提升管理评审的有效性,本文提出强化管理层培训并构建持续学习机制、加强评审人员专业培训、优化管理评审策划方案、提高实验室内部沟通效率以及强化评审结果执行力度等策略。通过实施这些策略,食品检测实验室有望提高质量管理水平,确保食品安全。This article deeply explores the importance and existing problems of management review in the quality management system of food testing laboratories,and proposes effective optimization strategies.Research has found that in the implementation process of management review,there are problems such as incomplete understanding by management,insufficient ability of reviewers,inadequate planning of management review,poor communication within the laboratory,and inadequate execution of review results.These problems seriously affect the effective operation of the laboratory quality management system.To enhance the effectiveness of management review,this article proposes strategies such as strengthening management training and establishing a continuous learning mechanism,enhancing professional training for reviewers,optimizing management review planning,improving internal communication efficiency in the laboratory,and strengthening the execution of review results.By implementing these strategies,food testing laboratories are expected to improve their quality management level and ensure food safety.
