摘　　要：为了增强高职院校毕业生的职场竞争力,帮助其更好地适应社会经济快速发展对高质量技能型人才的迫切需求,本文开展了关于高职院校“专业知识+职业技能”教育模式发展的研究。深入阐述“专业知识+职业技能”教育模式的内涵与特征,明确了高职院校采纳此模式的迫切性与重要性。在此理论基础上,通过课程体系以贴近行业需求、采用项目驱动的教学方法强化实践能力、建设现代化的实训基地与平台以提供实操环境、建立多元化、过程性的教学评价体系来全面评估学生学习成效,成功构建“专业知识+职业技能”的高职院校教育模式。从政策支持、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、校企合作深化以及国际化视野拓展等多个维度,保障该教育模式的持续进步,为社会培养并输送既精通专业知识又具备卓越职业技能的复合型人才。In order to enhance the job market competitiveness of graduates from vocational colleges and help them better adapt to the urgent demand for high-quality skilled personnel in the rapidly developing social and economic environment,this study conducts research on the development of the"professional knowledge+vocational skills"education model in vocational colleges.First,a thorough explanation is given of the connotation and characteristics of the"professional knowledge+vocational skills"education model,making it clear that it is urgent and important for vocational colleges to adopt this model.Based on this theory,the college has successfully established an educational model that combines professional knowledge and job skills by closely aligning its curriculum system with industry needs,adopting a project-driven teaching method to strengthen practical skills,building modernized training bases and platforms to provide hands-on environments,and establishing a diversified,process-oriented teaching evaluation system to comprehensively assess the students'learning outcomes.After that,from multiple dimensions such as policy support,curriculum system construction,teacher team construction,school-enterprise cooperation deepening and international vision expansion,the continuous progress of this education model is guaranteed,and compound talents who are proficient in professional knowledge and have excellent professional skills are cultivated and transported for the society.
