摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,成人高校教学模式的数字化转型已成为提升教学质量、促进教育公平、满足成人学习者多元化需求的重要途径。但在实际教学过程中,仍然存在数字化教育认知偏差、数字化教学能力不足以及数字化教育资源开发不足的现实问题。通过提升数字素养、创新教学模式以及开发优质资源,促进成人教育队伍的“数字化”、成人教育方式的“数字化”、成人教育资源的“数字化”,加快我国成人教育的数字化转型发展。With the rapid development of information technology,the digital transformation of the teaching mode of adult colleges and universities has become an important way to improve the quality of teaching,promote educational equity and meet the diversified needs of adult learners.However,in the actual teaching process,there are still the real problems of digital education cognitive bias,insufficient digital teaching ability and insufficient development of digital education resources.By improving digital literacy,innovating teaching mode and developing quality resources,we can promote the“digitalization”of adult education team,“digitalization”of adult education method and“digitalization”of adult education resources,so as to accelerate the development of adult education in China.“By improving digital literacy,innovating teaching modes and developing quality resources,the digitalization of the adult education team,the digitalization of adult education methods and the digitalization of adult education resources will be promoted,and the digital transformation and development of adult education will be accelerated.
