摘 要:健全义务教育阶段的学业治理机制以深入改善当前学生的学业负担重、心理压力大、心态不稳定等问题,是当前“双减”政策实施的关键。通过对来自河南省3所小学的649名四—六年级学生被试发现:未来时间洞察力与学业延迟满足正相关,与学业拖延负相关;学业延迟满足与学业拖延负相关;学业延迟满足在未来时间洞察力与学业拖延之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为63.16%。深入改善小学高年级学生学业拖延问题要以提高其未来时间洞察力水平、增强学业延迟满足为目标。Improving the academic governance mechanism in the compulsory education stage is key to the implementing thedouble reduction policy.It aims to effectively address current issues such as heavy academic burden high psychological pressure and unstable mental states among students.Based on research involving 649 students in grades 4 to 6 from three primary schools in Henan Province this paper finds that future time perspective is positively correlated with academic delay of gratification and negatively correlated with academic procrastination.Academic delay of gratification is also negatively correlated with academic procrastination.Furthermore academic delay of gratification partially mediates the relationship between future time perspective and academic procrastination with a mediation effect value of 63.16%.In order to effectively address the academic procrastination among upper primary school students it is essential to focus on enhancing their future time perspective and strengthening their academic delay of gratification.
