摘　　要：智慧教育是教育数字化转型的结果,也是未来教育发展的新形态。目前,智慧教育研究取得显著成就,智慧教育实践探索取得阶段性丰硕成果。智慧教育正从学术研究走向政策选择,并上升到国家战略层面。未来,智慧教育必将持续呈现良好发展态势,从先行试点逐渐扩展到大规模推广。当前,非常有必要加强国家智慧教育发展水平监测与评价,共同推进包容和公平的教育,促进全球教育高质量发展。为开启未来教育高质量发展的新征程,共创人类教育文明,倡导人类遵循主动适应时代发展、积极拥抱智能技术、科技赋能迈向卓越、构建智慧教育生态的发展理念。Since the term“smart education”was proposed,it has gradually become familiar to researchers and practitioners around the world and has become an important research direction in the field of education.Smart education is the result of the digital transformation of education and a new form of future educational development.At present,smart education research has made remarkable achievements,and smart education practice exploration has achieved fruitful results.Smart education is moving from academic research to policy choice and rising to the national strategic level.In the future,smart education will continue to show a good development trend,gradually expanding from pilot projects to large-scale promotion.At present,it is very necessary to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the development level of national smart education,jointly promote inclusive and equitable education,and promote high-quality development of global education.In order to start a new journey of high-quality development of education in the future and create human educational civilization,it is advocated that humans follow the development concept of actively adapting to the development of the times,actively embracing intelligent technology,empowering science and technology to move towards excellence,and building a smart education ecosystem.
