摘 要:校城融合是实现大学与城市双方优势互补、共赢发展的战略之举。新自由主义城市化以资本逻辑-市场机制-文化教化的空间政治脉络引导西方校城融合逐步呈现学术资本主义与脱离社会正义趋势,引起了新马克思主义学者的强烈批判。在对西方城市发展与校城融合的空间批判过程中,新马克思主义学者逐渐形成精英主义的独立性空间策略、大众主义的参与性空间策略和城市社会的多维性空间策略三种差异化行动指向,为我国校城融合超越西方模式提供了理论支持和实践参考。新时代中国特色社会主义校城融合需要贯通校城之间教育科技人才良性循环、强化大学社会责任担当、锚定社会主义发展方向,在优化城市空间生产和实现城市空间正义上统筹推进高质量发展。Campus-city integration represents a strategic move towards leveraging the complementary advantages of universities and cities for mutual benefit and win-win development.Neoliberal urbanization,guided by a spatial political context of capital logic,market mechanism and cultural indoctrination,has led Western campus-city integration to increasingly exhibit trends of academic capitalism and detachment from social justice,eliciting strong criticism from neo-Marxist scholars.In the process of critiquing the spatial development of Western cities and campus-city integration,neo-Marxist scholars have progressively articulated three differentiated action orientations:the elitist strategy of autonomous space,the populist strategy of participatory space,and the multidimensional space strategy of urban society,offering theoretical support and practical references for transcending the Western model in China's campus-city integration.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,campus-city integration requires the establishment of a virtuous cycle of education,technology,and talent between universities and cities.This integration should strengthen the social responsibility of universities,anchor the development direction in socialism,and systematically promote high-quality development by optimizing urban space production and achieving urban spatial justice.
