摘 要:数字人才是应对数字时代风险与挑战的关键基础。作为日本高端数字人才培养的创新性策略,“数据领域创新专家博士项目”旨在培养适应数字社会的兼具专业能力和数据运用能力的高层次人才。该项目产官学协作组建联盟的深度融合方式、紧扣地域发展需求的应用型课程开发、回归真实情境的实践能力养成、衔接充实高中教育的早期人才储备等特点值得借鉴。建议我国在数字人才培养方面,加强科学研判规划,充实高端数字人才队伍;找准利益结合点,推动政产学研用深度融合;利用技术赋能,促进数字人才培育提质增效;树立长远意识,重视数字人才早期培养储备。Digital human resources are the key foundation for addressing the risks and challenges of the digital age.As an innovative strategy for training advanced digital talents in Japan,the"Doctoral program for Data-Related InnoVation Expert"aims to cultivate high-level human resources with both professional and data-use abilities for the digital society of the future.It is worthwhile to learn from the program's features such as the in-depth integration and collaboration of industry-government-academia alliance,the development of application-oriented curricula in line with the needs of regional development,the cultivation of practical ability by returning to real situations,and the early talent reserve by connecting with the richness of senior high school education.In the process of cultivating and building digital talents in China,we should strengthen scientific research and planning to enrich the base of high-level digital talents;identify the point of combination of interests to promote the deep integration of government,industry,academia,research and application;utilize technological empowerment to promote the quality and efficiency of digital talent cultivation;and establish a long-term awareness and pay attention to the early cultivation and reserve of digital talents.
