摘  要:文化是全体中华儿女共同的精神标识,具有更基本、深沉和持久的伟力。高校承担文化传承和立德树人的崇高使命,也是重要的前沿阵地。高职院校学生中存在文化基础薄弱的情况,在一定程度上源于学生自信心不足、学习劲头不强,进而导致学习效果不佳。依托文化育人助推高职院校学生自信心提升与学习能力重构具有重要的现实意义,能增进学生个人成长与成才,促进高职院校办学育人质量,推进技能型社会建设。文化育人的多维路径聚焦于弘扬中华优秀传统文化的育人旨归,发挥匠心文化的独特育人优势,传承红色文化的铸魂育人功能,挖掘校园文化的育人精髓。Culture is the common spiritual symbol of all Chinese people,with a more basic,deep and lasting power.Colleges and universities undertake the noble mission of cultural inheritance and morality education.The weak cultural foundation among students in higher vocational colleges,to a certain extent,originates from the students’lack of self-confidence and weak learning momentum,which leads to poor learning results.It is of great practical significance to promote students’self-confidence and learning ability reconstruction in higher vocational colleges by relying on cultural education,which can enhance students’personal growth and success,promote the education quality of higher vocational colleges,and promote the construction of skill-based society.The multi-dimensional path of cultural education focuses on carrying forward the education purport of excellent traditional Chinese culture,giving full play to the unique educational advantages of originality culture,inheriting the function of casting soul and educating people of red culture,and mining the essence of educating people of campus culture.
