项目化学习在职前教师培养中的影响与实施策略

摘  要:近年来,项目化学习作为一种以学习者为中心的教学方法,受到了广泛关注。文章通过文献分析,系统梳理2015―2024年国内外职前教师教育中项目化学习的应用及效果,研究发现,项目化学习对职前教师的态度、技能和实践等方面产生了显著的正向效应,职前教师能深入体验学习过程,并在解决实际教学问题时提升自我效能感和内在动力。尽管项目化学习有诸多优势,其实施仍面临时间分配和教师支持等方面的挑战。对此,文章建议采取大小项目并行策略和适度教师支持策略,以优化资源配置,提升教学成效。In recent years,project-based learning,as a learner centered teaching method,has received widespread attention.The article systematically reviews the application and effects of project-based learning in pre service teacher education abroad from 2015 to 2024 through literature analysis.The study found that project-based learning has a significant positive effect on pre service teachers'attitudes,skills,and practices.Pre service teachers can deeply experience the learning process and enhance their self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation when solving practical teaching problems.Despite the many advantages of project-based learning,its implementation still faces challenges in terms of time allocation and teacher support.In this regard,the article suggests adopting a parallel strategy for both small and large projects and a moderate teacher support strategy to optimize resource allocation and enhance teaching effectiveness.
