摘 要:目的:分析情景模拟教学结合叙事医学教育在留学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学的中的应用价值。方法:以2022年1月―2022年12月期间,在郑州大学国际教育学院就读的58名2018级临床医学本科留学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为实验组和对照组。实验组采取情景模拟联合叙事医学教育进行耳鼻喉课程教学,对照组采用传统授课方式教学。通过学生评价、教学成绩等方面对两组教学方式的效果进行对比分析。结果:期末考试成绩为实验组(82.21±7.42)分,对照组(77.52±9.91),差异具有统计学意义。结论:情景模拟结合叙事医学教育在耳鼻喉科教学中的应用可有效提升医学留学生的临床思维水平、医患沟通能力和共情能力。Objective:To analyze the application value of situational simulation teaching combined with narrative medicine education in the teaching of otolaryngology,head and neck surgery for international students.Method:A total of 58 undergraduate clinical medicine students from the 2018 cohort studying at the School of International Education,Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method.The experimental group adopts scenario simulation combined with narrative medical education for ear,nose and throat course teaching,while the control group adopts traditional teaching methods.Compare and analyze the effectiveness of two teaching methods through student evaluation,teaching performance,and other aspects.Result:The final exam scores for the experimental group(82.21±42)and the control group(77.52±91)were statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of situational simulation combined with narrative medical education in otolaryngology teaching can effectively improve the clinical thinking level,doctor-patient communication ability,and empathy ability of medical international students.
