产教融合背景下听障大学生创新创业教育路径探索

摘　　要：高校创新创业教育是培养创新人才、加快科技成果转化的有效路径。开展听障大学生创新创业教育是保障教育公平、落实残疾人福利的重要体现。文章通过探讨产教融合背景下听障大学生创新创业教育的意义和现状,提出做好创新创业指导工作、构建完善课程体系、加强师资队伍建设和拓展教育实践平台资源等路径,以推动听障大学生创新创业教育高质量发展。Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an effective path to cultivate innovative talents and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students with hearing impairments is an important manifestation of ensuring educational equity and implementing the welfare of disabled people.By discussing the significance and current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students with hearing impairments under the background of industry-education integration,this paper proposes that it is necessary to do a good job in innovation and entrepreneurship guidance,construct a perfect curriculum system,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and expand the resources of educational practice platforms,so as to promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students with hearing impairments.
