摘　　要：目前学术界对于城市社区应急志愿服务供给有何“难”、为何“难”的学理阐释并不明晰。通过对G省两个社区的田野追踪调查,文章基于“资本—行动者—场域”的整体性分析框架对社区应急志愿服务供给的供需失衡、主体失谐和目标失准现状进行问题呈现,并从资本碎片化、行动者碎片化和场域碎片化维度剖析困境成因。为提升城市社区应急志愿服务的整体性供给水平,可以通过优化场域要素、推动资本互动和重塑场域生态的具体策略推进社区应急志愿服务的可持续发展。Academics are not clear about what is difficulty and why it is difficult to provide emergency voluntary services in urban communities.Through the field tracking survey of two communities in Province G,the article presents the imbalance between supply and demand,the dissonance of subjects and the misalignment of goals in the provision of community emergency voluntary services based on the holistic analytical framework of“capital-actor-field”,and presents the problems in terms of the dimensions of fragmentation of capital,fragmentation of actors and fragmentation of the field,We also analyze the causes of the dilemma from the dimensions of capital fragmentation,actor fragmentation and field fragmentation.In order to improve the overall supply level of urban community emergency voluntary service,the sustainable development of community emergency voluntary service can be promoted through the specific strategies of optimizing field elements,promoting capital interaction and reshaping field ecology.
