摘　　要：志愿服务是青年人社会参与的重要平台,奥运志愿项目希冀为青年志愿者带来积极的影响。从“记忆隆起”现象出发,文章通过问卷调查,探析了我国两届奥运会青年志愿者的自传体记忆特征,剖析奥运志愿服务对青年志愿者个体记忆层面的影响,以微观面向理解国际奥委会所倡导的围绕“青年人”的长期奥运遗产。研究结果显示,青年志愿者对奥运志愿服务经历的长期记忆总体积极,其情感强度、记忆可及性和生动性、分享意愿等未因时间推移而减弱;北京2008年奥运会与南京2014年青奥会志愿者的记忆特征总体相似,但存在些许差异。最后,基于记忆理论,为大型体育赛事志愿管理项目与赛后志愿遗产治理提供建议,力求促使赛事志愿经历转换为志愿者生命历程中一次一生的自传体记忆,成为“记忆隆起”中的重要事件,并带来更长远的积极影响。Volunteering serves as a vital platform for young people's social participation,the Olympic Volunteering Programme aims to deliver positive impacts on young volunteers.From the concept of the“Reminiscence Bump”phenomenon,the study analyzes the autobiographical memory characteristics of young volunteers of the two Olympic Games held in China via a questionnaire.Furthermore,it examines the impact of Olympic volunteering on the individual memories of young volunteers,offering a micro-level understanding of the long-term Olympic legacy associate with“youth”,as advocated by the International Olympic Committee.The results indicate that young volunteers'long-term memories of their Olympic volunteering experiences are generally positive.The emotional intensity,accessibility,vividness,and the willingness to share these Olympic memories have not diminished over time;while the memory characteristics of volunteers from the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games are generally similar,some notable differences still exist.Finally,based on the memory theories,this study provides recommendations for volunteer management programs and post-event volunteer legacy governance for mega and major sports events.The finding underscore the potential for event volunteering experience to transform into a once-in-a-lifetime autobiographical memory of the volunteers'life,which will become an important event of the“Reminiscence Bump”and bring more long-term positive impacts.
