摘　　要：高职院校作为职业教育的重要组成部分,承担着培养高素质技术技能人才的重任。职业生涯规划和就业指导教学是高职院校教育体系中的重要环节,对于提升学生的职业素养、就业能力和社会责任感具有重要意义。探讨如何将思政教育有效渗透于高职院校的职业生涯规划和就业指导教学,通过分析当前职教政策、思政教育的重要性以及就业软实力提升的需求,揭示思政教育在高职人才培养中的意义。同时,针对当前职业生涯规划和就业指导教学中存在的问题,提出具体的实施路径。As an integral part of vocational education,vocational colleges undertake the basic task of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Career planning and employment guidance instruction are key components in the educational system of vocational colleges,which are of great significance for improving students'professional competence,employability,and social responsibility.This article aims to explore how to effectively integrate ideological and political education into career planning and employment guidance instruction in vocational colleges.By analyzing current vocational education policies,the importance of ideological and political education,and the needs to enhance employment soft power,the article reveals the significance of ideological and political education in talent cultivation in vocational colleges.Specific implementation paths are proposed in response to the challenges in current career planning and employment guidance instruction.
