摘  要:随着“三教”改革的不断推进,水利高职院校教师教学能力的提升成为提高教育教学质量的关键。分析了“三教”改革对水利高职院校教师教学能力的要求,探讨了当前教师教学能力存在的问题,并提出了相应的提升路径,包括加强教师培训与发展、促进教师实践能力提升、推动信息化教学能力建设以及完善教学评价与激励机制等。With the continuous advancement of Reforms of Teachers,Textbooks and Teaching Methods,to improve teachers’teaching ability has become the key to improving the quality of teaching and education.This article analyzes the requirements of Reforms of Teachers,Textbooks and Teaching Methods on teaching ability of teachers in water conservancy vocational colleges,points out problems in teachers'teaching ability,and proposes corresponding paths to improvement,including strengthening teacher training and development,promoting the enhancement of teachers'practical ability,advancing the construction of information-based teaching ability,and improving teaching evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
