摘 要:以建筑型大型央企中铁四局为研究对象,探讨案例教学法在职工培训中的应用及其效果。该文通过对案例教学法的理论基础、实施现状和实际应用进行分析,总结案例教学法在提升职工综合素质、促进知识转化和提高团队协作能力方面的优势。同时,针对存在的问题提出改进措施,为企业在职工培训中更好地运用案例教学法提供参考。Taking China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.,a large-scale engineering central enterprise,as the research object,this paper explores the application and effect of case-based teaching in employee training.By analyzing the theoretical basis,implementation status and practical application of case-based teaching,the advantages of case-based teaching in improving the comprehensive quality of employees,promoting knowledge transformation and enhancing team collaboration capabilities are summarized.At the same time,improvement measures are proposed to address the existing problems to provide reference for enterprises to better use case-based teaching in employee training.
